GETTING TO KNOW JEFF

Jeff is currently the director of strength and conditioning for the United Football League (UFL). Jeff is responsible for designing and implementing strength training programs league wide.

 

Jeff earned his bachelor’s degree in Curriculum and Instruction and received his Master’s Degree in Exercise Science. Jeff is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist by the National Strength and Conditioning Association, a Certified Level 1 Strength Coach by the United States Weightlifting Federation, a Nationally Certified Practitioner by the National Certification Board for Therapeutic Massage & Bodywork, a Certified Active Release (ART) Provider, and a Functional Movement Screen (FMS) Certified Specialist.
 
In 2000, Friday was named Professional Strength and Conditioning Coach of the Year by a vote of his peers in the Professional Football Strength and Conditioning Coaches Society. Additionally, Jeff has written on numerous topics for BaltimoreRavens.com, Coaching Women’s Basketball, High Intensity Training Newsletter, Strength and Conditioning Association Journal, and has been a contributing author for Stack Magazine.
